Since 2002, over 3,000 professionals from various backgrounds have received training at the approved Primo Levi training centre.
The main objective is to raise awareness on the psychological and physical effects of trauma caused by political violence on individuals and their families, while addressing the impact on social bonds.
This knowledge helps professionals to better determine where the encountered difficulties originate and to offer appropriate care to this population.
Sessions de formation

Which training option fits your needs?
The Primo Levi Center offers several training options:
Training sessions and themed evenings (in French),
Training on demand (in French and possibly in foreign languages),
Practice analysis sessions.
Our method is interactive. We encourage sharing and invite participants to submit the problems encountered during their experiences.
They aim to transmit a knowledge acquired from clinical practice, learned, developed and put to the test before being taught during these themed evenings. These sessions are offered to help participants in their work and their clinical practice. They are meant for people from medical, social or educational sectors who wish to gain epistemic tools.
The head of the training center, Helena d’Elia, a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, is available to help you build a training program tailored to your needs, which can be provided at your premises.
Also note the possibility of training with interpreters in France or abroad.
