Board of Directors
The Primo Levi centre is a non-profit organization under the French 1901 association law. Its Board of Directors is composed of 15 people. The organization founders (the French branch of Amnesty International and of Doctors of the World, the NGO Action by Christians for the Abolition of Torture (ACAT), Juristes sans frontières, and the « Trève » organization) each hold two seats.
The members of the Board of Directors meet at least four times a year. They are in charge of implementing the main orientations adopted by the General Assembly. The Board sets the goals and defines the actions of the organization.
The Board of Directors elects an Executive Committee from its members, which is responsible for ensuring a good implementation of the Board and the General Assembly decisions.
